Conduct community-based small group and one-on-one education sessions about health services with the goal of identifying interested clients. Conduct outreach activities including door to door visits, and events at taxi ranks, youth clubs, malls (amongst others). Distribute pamphlets and posters and arrange workshops with community organisations and campaigns. Impart knowledge in a culturally informed and context-specific manner to potential clients on HIV preventative options to help ensure that clients make an informed decision regarding health behaviour. Identify barriers and enablers about access to health services and communicate solutions to clients accordingly. Engage potential clients professionally in order to establish consistent reproductive health and prevention messages. This includes correct and consistent condom usage, sexual behaviour, and delaying sexual debut. Promote and market HIV and TB services and programmes. Ensure that at least 50% of all recruited clients access the health services that was promoted to them Regularly revisit the client base of recruits that have not yet made a decision and encourage them to access health services. Support the DoH Social Mobilization officer and the ACSM unit to meet their deliverables. Support mass mobilization efforts and campaigns of the Department in the allocated sub-district Support condom distribution Coordinate campaigns and events. Liaise with different media platforms to promote HAST programmes Report weekly activities and the number of leads generated
