Candidate Requirements
• Relevant background in marketing, media, communications, or a related field • A strong grasp of social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest • Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detailespecially for captions and scheduling • Proficiency with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)especially for creating stories and Pinterest pins • Confidence using scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Brandwatch, or similar • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Trello • Strong time management and a commitment to meeting deadlines • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow • Genuine interest in sustainable travel and a passion for the African continent • Self-motivation and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a remote team • Must have demonstrated backend social media experience (e.g. scheduling, analytics, content tools) • Must be based in Hoedspruit area Candidate Responsibilities:
• Managing comments, direct messages, and mentions across all social media channels • Scheduling and publishing content across relevant social platforms • Curating and posting 24-hour stories on Instagram and Facebook • Assisting in content creationimage sourcing, copywriting, and basic designfor Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest • Supporting YouTube channel management and video uploads This is a live out office-based role
