- Mr Price has a fantastic opportunity for a Social Media Coordinator. If you are organised, work quickly and thoroughly, have a passion for social media and are a team player, this role may be for you! Working with a dynamic team in a fast paced and exciting environment, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Building campaigns for organic social across market
- Work with the Brand Head to plan & brief in relevant social content
- Monitoring and optimizing all Social Media campaigns
- Create reactive social content of product and social trends to engage target audiences.
- Monitor fan engagement content across social platforms
- Compiling reports for Social across market
- Seek opportunities to develop knowledge and skill in optimizing social media engagement.
- Working closely with customer care to resolve queries
- Manage all social competitions – track number of entries, communicate with winners and ensure prizes are sent timeously.
- Community management
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Brand
- 2 – 3 years' experience in a social media role
- Copywriting experience is preferred
- Ability to analyze reports and data
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of all social media platforms & a passion for it
- Proactive and ability to work collaboratively
