A well known and reputable financial institution is seeking to hire a Wealth Assistant in Bellville to provide the required and relevant professional assistance to the Wealth Planner or Advisor in the administration and implementation of clients financial reviews and investment instructions.Duties:Implementation of clients instructions i.r.o. investments, insurance policies, etc, in consultation with Advisor and submission of relevant documentation to appropriate service providers-Obtain confirmation from service providers regarding implementation of instructions above-Written communication/confirmation to clients regarding investment instruction implementationServicing of existing clients-Assimilate investment/fund values, investment performance statistics and Astute information of clients-Compiling, binding and preparation of proposals and client review documentation-Make payments on behalf of clients through the corporate saver accountGeneral administration -Scheduling meetings for Wealth Planner/Advisor and organising diary-Recording of client interactions and updating of client records upon completion of interaction-Maintaining client records and database according to company policies-Beneficiary Risk Rating and screenings-Assistance with Wealth Special Projects on an ad hoc basis-Proactively manage tasks and ensure that all instructions are attended to efficiently.Evaluation criteria-MatricExperience:-Administrative experience in financial services is essential-2-3 years experience in the investment financial services industryCompetenciesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proficient in Afrikaans and English (read, write, speak)Competent in service providers website functionalitiesService provider products https://www.jobplacements.com/Jobs/W/WEALTH-ASSISTANT-1325851-Job-Search-9-7-2026-10-09-56-AM.asp?sid=gumtree
