- National Diploma in Parks & Recreation or National Diploma in Horticulture
- Computer literacy skills
- Code C1 Valid Drivers' Licence
- 3 - 5 years' relevant experience
Core Responsibilities
- Determine researching methods and procedures to enhance service delivery
- Seasonal preparation of turf grass, hard court and other sports facilities.
- Responsible for chemical applications.
- Ensure all sports fields meet the required standards according to difference sports codes.
- Ensure effective and efficient smooth running of the sub-sections.
- Ensure compliance with the relevant statutory requirements.
- Ensure fair labour practice and compliance with all relevant statutory requirements
