Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to join its close-knit and highly professional team.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced claims professional with strong Heavy Commercial Vehicle claims knowledge who is looking to join a reputable short-term insurance brokerage with a strong focus on freight, transport and logistics insurance. The position will ideally be based at the companys office in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, but candidates residing in or willing to work from the companys West Rand office will also be considered.
You will be responsible for
- Administering Heavy Commercial Vehicle claims, including trucks and trailers, from inception through to settlement
- Liaising with brokers, clients, assessors, panel beaters and service providers
- Ensuring claims are processed accurately and within required turnaround times
- Maintaining accurate claims records and documentation
- Assisting with general claims administration and providing support to the Claims Managers
- Delivering professional service to both internal and external stakeholders
