- Reports to Skills Development Facilitator: Occupational Qualifications & Skills Programmes
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric
- ND: Human Resources Management/ Human Resource Development
- Code EB driving license
- 02 years' relevant experience in local government.
Minimum Requirements
- Coordinate inputs into the sub-section's strategic plan.
- Execute the implementation of bursaries, study assistance and other skill programs within the institution.
- Execute induction programs for the new and existing employees in the institution.
- Contribute to the effective and efficient financial and asset management practices pertaining to section.
- Coordinate the stakeholder management and communication of the sub sectio
