Start free — we apply for you →Skills Development Facilitator and Administrator Location: Lanseria Plant Programme Duration: 12 Months KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with administrative processes related to apprenticeships, learnerships, and technical training programmes. Support trainers with training schedules, attendance registers, assessments, and learner documentation. Maintain and update learner records, filing systems, and training databases. Assist with onboarding and coordination of apprentices and learners. Ensure training documentation is accurately captured and stored. Support preparation of training reports and learner progress tracking. Assist with Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) administration. Support updating and maintenance of Merseta and SETA databases. Prepare and organise supporting documents for audits and verifications. Assist with capturing training data and maintaining compliance records. Support B-BBEE skills development administration and evidence collection. Coordinate training logistics, meeting arrangements, and communication with stakeholders. Assist with compiling spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. Maintain good housekeeping and filing practices within the department. Provide general administrative support to the HR and Learning & Development team. Based on the Business Process Management (BPM) processes the job holder is responsible for: S6 (Assure product conformity) S6.3 Responsible to comply with all Hygiene requirements in the plant. S6.2 Support complaint handling by reporting all identified non-conformities and support in the implementation of effective corrective actions determined by the process owner, when needed. S10 (Ensure occupational health, safety and environment) Ensure that HSE compliance in own area of responsibility. Report any incident or unsafe conditions seen in the plant/ work area.
