Commercial Industrial Projects (CIP) is looking for a motivated, energetic individual with the potential to grow into a Site Supervisor . If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, leading people, and taking responsibility, we will provide the training and mentorship needed to develop you into a successful supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily work for site teams.

• Supervise scaffolding, painting and waterproofing activities.

• Measure work and assist with job scoping.

• Plan labour, equipment and material requirements.

• Monitor productivity, quality and safety on site.

• Liaise professionally with clients and site representatives.

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

• Complete site reports and maintain accurate records.

• Assist with problem-solving and decision-making on site.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Valid South African driver's licence.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong planning and organisational ability.

• Customer service focused with a professional attitude.

• Energetic, reliable and willing to work hard.

• Comfortable working outdoors and on industrial sites.

• Must not be afraid of heights.

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook) will be an advantage.

• Previous experience in construction, maintenance, scaffolding, painting or waterproofing is advantageous but not essential .
