Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily construction site activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications and timelines.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure construction standards are maintained.
- Manage site resources, materials, equipment and labour.
- Monitor project progress and report on delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project managers.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
- Assist with cost control and ensure work stays within budget.
