This is an opportunity to take ownership of project execution, coordinate site activities, lead teams and subcontractors, and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects safely, efficiently and on programme.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience within the construction industry, preferably within the building sector
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control and site administration
- Education : BEng/ BSc/ BTech in Construction Management/ Civil Engineer or related discipline
Responsibilities
- Manage construction activities from project commencement through to completion, ensuring milestones, quality requirements and project objectives are achieved.
- Plan, programme and monitor construction activities while coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and construction methodologies.
