- Preventive and reactive infrastructure maintenance

Key Duties & Responsibilities Site Infrastructure and Building Maintenance
- Perform scheduled and ad hoc maintenance on site infrastructure including roads, drainage, fences, roofing, walls, doors, windows, and floors.
- Conduct inspections and repairs to structural elements to maintain safety and usability.
- Execute minor civil works tasks such as brickwork, concrete patching, paving repair, and waterproofing.
Work Execution and Documentation
- Complete maintenance tasks as per job cards issued through CMMS.
- Record maintenance actions, parts used, and time spent for each job.
- Report any abnormalities or structural risks immediately to the Team Leader.
Compliance and Safety
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental SHE policies and site rules.
- Follow safe work procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Participate in risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
Support and Collaboration
- Work closely with the Maintenance Worker: Site to complete larger tasks collaboratively.
- Assist with supervision and quality assurance of contractor work on infrastructure projects.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to raise and resolve site maintenance issues.
Continuous Improvement and Asset Care
- Identify areas for improvement in site infrastructure and propose maintenance or upgrade plans.
- Apply basic root cause analysis to repetitive structural issues.
- Support plant readiness for audits and inspections by ensuring work areas and site assets are audit-compliant.
KBI
- Job card completion rate
- Preventive Maintenance PM compliance
- Infrastructure downtime/incidents
- Safety incident frequency site maintenance related
- CMMS data accuracy and timeliness
- Internal and external audit findings related to site condition
Skills, Experience & Education Education
- Minimum: N4–N6 in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related technical field
- Preferred: Trade Test as Artisan e.g., Builder, Bricklayer, Civil Artisan
- Health & Safety certification advantageous
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in site/facilities or civil maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with structural repair, bricklaying, waterproofing, or basic carpentry
- Familiarity with working in a safety-critical and GMP environment
Skills
- Proficient in building and civil maintenance techniques
- Use of hand and power tools for construction/repair
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and work instructions
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and permit-to-work systems
- Familiarity with CMMS systems e.g., SAP PMProblem-solving and fault diagnosis in infrastructure repairs
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and task prioritization
