Showroom Manager

We have an exciting position available for a driven, dedicated Showroom Manage who is passionate about sales, customer service and leading exceptional teams. The successful person will be based at our showroom in Gardens, Cape Town.

Duties & Responsibilities

Main purpose of the job

• To build constructive relationships and maintain the image and effective operation of the showroom in order to maximise sales.

Key duties

• Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

• Maintain showroom operations

• Management of showroom and staff and maintaining employee motivation and performance

Desired Experience & Qualification

Job requirements

• National Senior Certificate

• Certificate or Diploma in sales and marketing or related field (advantageous)

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in a retail environment/similar role

• Minimum 4 years people management experience

The ideal candidate must

• have a strong interest in the décor field;

• be outgoing, dynamic and driven;

• be highly motivated, loyal and committed;

• have strong leadership skills with proven experience leading strong, motivated and successful teams

• have strong admin skills

• highly sales driven with a can-do attitude

• work very well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Package & Remuneration

We offer a competitive salary package including a basic salary with commission, participation in the company sales incentive scheme and company benefits.
