Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising underground shotcrete and pastefill crews.
- Strong understanding of backfill plant processes and shotcrete-bolt ground support systems.
- Proven crew leadership and workforce management experience.
- Willingness to work underground shifts.
Key Role The Shotcrete & Pastefill Foreman will supervise underground shotcrete and pastefill operations, ensure the effective application of ground support systems, coordinate crew activities, maintain safety and quality standards, and support efficient mine production at the Botswana mine site.
