Short-Term Insurance Salesperson (Northcliff)

Your Role This is a fantastic internal position with no traveling required. You will work behind a well-serviced, established client database. Your main goal is to cross-sell and upsell short-term insurance products to existing customers. You will receive great team support, warm leads, and excellent commission structures to boost your income.

Job Description

• Contact existing clients to offer extra personal and commercial insurance cover. • Look at current client portfolios to find gaps in their coverage. • Prepare and share simple, accurate insurance quotes over the phone. • Explain policy choices clearly to help clients make the right decision. • Close warm sales deals without the need for cold outbound calls or travel. • Keep client records up to date on the internal computer system. • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth client service. • Hit reasonable monthly sales targets to maximize your commission earnings. What You Need to Apply

• At least 3 years of experience in short-term insurance sales.
• Good knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products.
• RE5 qualification and NQF Level 4 short-term insurance credits.
• Great phone manners and strong communication skills.
• A friendly, confident personality and a drive to earn well.
