Shopping Centre Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Full operational management of the centre, ensuring seamless day-to-day running • Manage leasing strategy, negotiations, and renewals to maximise occupancy and rental income • Curate an effective tenant mix aligned to market demand and shopper needs • Monitor and measure tenant performance to inform leasing decisions and centre strategy • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, resolving issues quickly and professionally • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, and expense control • Drive marketing, promotions, and community engagement initiatives to increase footfall • Oversee facilities, security, maintenance, and cleaning with a proactive, on-the-ground approach • Ensure compliance, risk management, and high standards across all operational areas Requirements:
