- Preparation of comprehensive monthly management and Board packs, including:
- Financial performance and budget reporting
- Income, expenditure and variance analysis
- Utilities and recovery reporting
- Arrears and collections
- Operations and maintenance
- Tenant matters and leasing updates
- Marketing and centre performance
- Risk, compliance, health & safety and security
- Monitoring the centres financial performance and budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective action
- Managing tenant relationships, queries, complaints, lease obligations and tenant performance
- Driving arrears management and collections in conjunction with the relevant finance and leasing teams
- Overseeing utilities, consumption, recoveries and anomalies
- Managing all building operations, maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping and service providers
- Ensuring that preventative maintenance, statutory compliance and operational standards are maintained
- Managing contractors and suppliers, including performance, quotations, purchase orders and service delivery
- Taking ownership of centre marketing, promotions, events and tenant engagement
- Monitoring footfall, turnover and other key retail performance indicators
- Preparing reports and presentations for the client, owners and/or Board
- Managing budgets, forecasts and operational expenditure
- Identifying opportunities to improve the financial and operational performance of the centre
- Ensuring all centre documentation, records, contracts, compliance certificates and reports are kept up to date
- Leading and managing the full centre team, providing clear direction, accountability, support and performance management
- Conducting regular team meetings and ensuring that staff understand their responsibilities, priorities and deliverables
- Building strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, service providers and other stakeholders
- Dealing confidently with operational challenges and taking ownership of problems from identification through to resolution

Minimum requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Property Management, Real Estate,
