- Matric with Project Management Qualifications.
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years' proven experience in the shopfitting industry.
- Practical knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and the manufacture of custom furniture.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and CAD or SketchUp drawings.
- Experience in operations management, project planning, and on-site work coordination.
- Ability to prepare cost estimates and quotations.
- Will be required to manage project budgets.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and installation work.
- Ability to consult with clients and translate their requirements into practical designs and plans.
- Strong quality control skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage timelines, teams, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Work experience with Retail Shopfitting, Custom Joinery, Display Solutions, Office Fit-Outs, Commercial Interiors, Project Management, and Manufacturing & Installation.
