- The Shop Assistant is responsible for supporting the smooth flow of goods within the depot, assisting customers and colleagues, and maintaining stock presentation and store hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF4
- Experience in a depot or retail environment will be an advantage
- Required to work weekends and public holidays as per roster
- Knowledge of Johnson's clothing would serve as advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Clear Criminal Record
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with loading and product information
- Receive, move, and pack stock accurately and safely
- Ensure stock is correctly displayed and replenished
- Maintain cleanliness and order on the depot floor
- Support general operational and housekeeping duties Uphold company values and maintain a safe working environment
