We're looking for an experienced Shisha Master to lead the craft on the floor.
What you'll do
- Prepare and serve shisha to our house standards and blend recipes
- Manage heat through the session so every pipe smokes clean and thick
- Recommend blends and guide guests through the menu
- Keep pipes, heads and the station spotless
- Help train junior staff
What we need
- Proven experience as a shisha or hookah master in a lounge, bar or restaurant
- Solid knowledge of tobacco brands, packing styles and heat management
- Personable, energetic and confident with guests
- Well presented and reliable
- Live in the CBD or within 5 km of it; our shifts finish late, up to 02:00
- 18 years or older
- Available for evening and weekend shifts
