Start free — we apply for you →ROLE PURPOSE Supervise shift-based assaying operations to deliver accurate and timely analytical results for grade control and metallurgical accounting throughout the shift. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise laboratory technicians and sample preparation activities on shift. • Perform fire assay and instrumental analyses of PGM and base metal samples. • Ensure turnaround times for grade control and plant samples are met. • Apply QA/QC checks and escalate non-conformances. • Maintain shift records, handovers, and equipment logs. • Enforce safety and housekeeping standards on shift.
