Key Focus Areas
The role will focus specifically on the digitisation and automation of Workplace Inspections and Audit processes, including:
- Workplace inspection processes
- Audit processes
- Checklists
- Registers
- Appointment letters
- Certificates
The role will also involve the development and implementation of a digital platform that enables contractors to:
- Upload safety files
- Submit files for review and approval
- Support Occupational Health and Safety OHS specialists in the review and approval process
Required Skills & Experience
- ServiceNow technical development and consultation skills
- Experience in ServiceNow implementation, development, and configuration
- Experience with the ServiceNow Operational Health and Safety module and capabilities
- Experience in digitisation and automation of Workplace Inspection and Audit processes
- Experience developing digital platforms and automated workflows
- Understanding of OHS processes and requirements
- Experience with contractor safety file submission, review, and approval processes
