- Develop and execute territory action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Promote and sell aftermarket service products (repairs, service plans, overhauls, audits, and advanced services).
- Grow service contract penetration and increase serviced equipment relative to installed base.
- Prospect for new business and expand the customer base within the assigned area.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, opportunities, and orders.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in CRM (C4C).
- Prepare and submit sales performance and customer feedback reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Technical or Sales & Marketing qualification (advantageous).
- 34 years experience in customer service or technical sales.
- Industrial compressor industry experience.
- CRM system experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
