Contract | Hybrid Opportunity in Cape Town Leading Financial Services Group requires an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team to design, develop, configure and support ServiceNow solutions. Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Develop and support bidirectional integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
- Build and maintain AWS integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Configure and enhance Event Management capabilities.
- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
- Configure and support Service Catalog Items and Request Workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant Tertiary qualification / Certifications preferred (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) / or other)
- 5+ Years relevant experience working as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experience in Bidirectional Integration, AWS integration, Event management
- Strong integration API and scripting skills
- Knowledge of CMDB administration, DevOps change, Catalog items
