Requirements
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driving license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the workshop automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient in computer application and software (evolve / IAL)
DUTIES
• Full reception, meet and greet of customers
• Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes
• Schedule service appointments
• Communicate with technicians and parts department
• Maintain accurate records of service history
• Address customer concerns and complaints
• Follow up with customer after service to ensure satisfaction and promote customer loyalty
