Job Title: SERVICE ADVISOR – AUTOMOTIVE (SPARTAN) Start Date: 2026-08-13 - 2026-09-12 Vacancy Type: Permanent CT004353 Sectors: Motor / Vehicle Industry Location: Gauteng , JHB - Eastern Suburbs Salary: Brief: Responsible for managing customer service requirements, job cards, workshop coordination, estimates, warranty claims, billing, and aftersales support while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and efficient workshop operations. Detail: Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 or higher. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Service Advisor role. Valid Code 08 driver's licence. Strong automotive workshop and service reception knowledge. Experience with job cards, vehicle diagnostics, estimates, costing, and billing. Knowledge of warranty processes and OEM requirements. Proficient in reading and writing English. Strong team player with the ability to coordinate technicians, foremen, parts, and management. Strong understanding of workshop KPIs, turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and upselling.
