Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead .NET Developer to own the end-to-end architecture, technical roadmap and delivery for legacy applications. The role requires strong hands-on development and leadership skills to drive enhancements, fixes, regulatory changes and modernization initiatives while ensuring business continuity and SLA compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and technical roadmap for legacy applications.

• Lead development and delivery of business enhancements, production fixes and regulatory changes.

• Design, develop and support applications using C#, Microsoft .NET Framework and ASP.NET.

• Develop and consume web services and APIs; perform solution design and impact analysis.

• Design, develop and optimize database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server 2014, including stored procedures and query performance tuning.

• Manage and support integrations using Microsoft BizTalk Server.

• Configure, deploy and maintain applications hosted on Internet Information Services and Windows Server 2019.

• Govern L2/L3 support, incident management, problem management and SLA compliance.

• Perform code reviews, architecture governance and drive reduction of technical debt.

• Drive application stability and performance optimization; monitor and troubleshoot production issues.

• Manage releases, risks, dependencies, budgets and stakeholder communications.

• Lead modernization initiatives while ensuring uninterrupted business operations.

• Mentor and guide development and support teams; promote best practices.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior or technical lead roles developing and supporting Microsoft stack applications.

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, Microsoft .NET Framework and ASP.NET web applications.

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2014, T-SQL, stored procedures and query optimization.

• Experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server for integrations.

• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on IIS and Windows Server 2019.

• Experience with source control and CI/CD tooling such as Git, Azure DevOps or TFS.

• Proven track record in incident and problem management, SLA-driven support and release management.

• Strong solution design, architecture governance and code review skills.

• Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholders and technical teams.

• Domain experience preferred: inventory management, order fulfilment, shipping and receiving, supply chain and logistics. Pricing and promotions knowledge is an advantage.
