We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager with strong expertise in Bond Store warehousing and a comprehensive understanding of all warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full warehouse function, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, stock accuracy and excellent service delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end warehouse operation , including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control.
Strong hands-on experience managing Bond Store / bonded warehouse operations .
Ensure all bonded stock is accurately received, stored, controlled and dispatched in line with customs and regulatory requirements.
Manage warehouse teams, supervisors and daily operational activities.
Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and inventory control .
Monitor warehouse capacity, productivity, turnaround times and operational performance.
Ensure correct warehouse documentation, systems and procedures are maintained.
Manage stock counts, reconciliations, investigations and variance control.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, customs requirements, health & safety and company policies .
Coordinate with transport, clearing & forwarding, customers and internal departments.
Drive continuous improvement, cost control and warehouse efficiencies.
Manage operational reporting and warehouse KPIs.
Ensure the warehouse is maintained to a high standard of housekeeping, security and safety.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements
5+ years' senior warehouse management experience .
Strong and proven Bond Store / Bonded Warehouse experience is essential .
Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of warehousing and distribution .
Experience managing warehouse teams and operational staff.
Strong understanding of stock control, inventory management and warehouse systems .
Knowledge of customs, bonded cargo and compliance requirements .
Strong administration, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and people-management abilities.
Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Management qualification would be advantageous.
