Start free — we apply for you →- A well-established and growing professional services firm is looking for an experienced Senior Tracing Agent to join their team in Sandton.
- This is a specialised tracing position focused on locating and verifying debtors using credit bureau information, tracing platforms, investigative tools and other available data sources.
- This is NOT a general Call Centre or Collections position.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years' dedicated tracing experience
- Strong proven experience in debtor tracing / skip tracing
- Experience tracing individuals and businesses
- Strong hands-on experience working with credit bureau information and tracing databases
- Experience using CPB, XDS and other credit bureau / tracing platforms
- Strong experience conducting ITC / credit bureau searches
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex credit bureau information
- Experience tracing addresses, contact details, employment, businesses and other relevant information
- Strong investigative, analytical and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently deliver accurate tracing results
