- Must have completed Grade 12
- Must speak English well and at least 1 other local language
- MUST have experience working on WinBranch
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Duties will include but not limited to: Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reports - day-end and banking, cash-ups, dippings and cash collections
- Together with Site Manager be responsible for all stock on site including fuel, Convenience Shop and bakery, stock orders, stock control, stock takes, stock movement and stock management
- Have excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and service providers
- Design and implement promotions and events to attract and reward customers
- Assist in managing monthly sales targets
- Assist the Site Manager with staff and ongoing training of the staff
- Assist with the planning of shift changes, staff hours and wages
- Ensure proper maintenance of all operational systems
- Be a Team leader and motivate all staff members
