- Must have a Master of Engineering MEng Hons in Structural Engineering.
- Must have 6–10 years' post-qualification experience within a structural engineering consultancy environment.
- Must be Chartered with IStructE or actively planning to sit the Chartered Membership examination within the current calendar year.
- Must have proven experience managing and delivering structural engineering projects from concept design through to construction completion.
- Must have excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead meetings and coordinate effectively with external teams remotely.
- Must be a collaborative leader with a proactive mindset and a passion for technical excellence.
- Must have strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and internal resources efficiently.
- Must have a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision on UK-standard structural engineering projects.
