Qualifications
- 5+ years retail industry experience with proven senior management capability
- Strong operational, commercial and people-management skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 50+ employees
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of stock control, ordering, merchandising, wastage and shrinkage
- Able to perform under pressure with strong planning and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, professional and presentable
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and ensure exceptional standards
- Drive sales, profitability, availability and customer satisfaction
- Manage, coach and develop department managers and staff
- Maintain compliance, housekeeping, stock accuracy and loss prevention
- Analyse performance and implement continuous improvements
