Key Performance Areas
- Provide financial and accounting services.
- Monitor the management of revenue and debt services.
- Facilitate the management of the revenue and debt services.
- Generate reports on revenue and debt.
- Monitor systems and procedures on managing revenue and debt.
Prerequisites
- NQF level 6 qualification as recognised by SAQA.
- A qualification in Finance/Accounting/Cost/Management Accounting/Finance Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the finance environment and related field.
- A valid driver's license except for people with disabilities
Person Profile
- Knowledge and understanding of the relevant financial legislative policies, procedures and legislative frameworks and Treasury instructions and regulations.
- Knowledge of BAS and PERSAL systems. Knowledge of Financial Administration.
- Functional Computer Literacy MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. Ability to compile report.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, plaining and organizational skills. Good record keeping.
