- Perform complex tasks and guide implementation, maintenance and support of various SAP modules to enhance business functionality.
- Close communication with functional teams/designers, converting requirements into technical designs.
- Review and test requirements in modules such as Finance, Contract Accounting, Revenue Management.
- Provide expert knowledge and advice on SAP products to clients.
- Recommend changes to optimize systems, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical SAP functional and application problems.
- Contribute to team productivity and project aims.
- Incident resolution, system maintenance, and configuration activities.
Governance
- Develop and align governance and compliance policies in own practice area.
People
- Transfer skills and provide specialist advice.
Finance
- Implement financial control and management of costs in area of specialisation.
Client
- Develop service delivery excellence and provide authoritative expertise to stakeholders.
Requirements: Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree/Advanced Diploma in Information Technology or related field AND 8-10 years' SAP experience, of which 3-4 years at a specialist level.
Minimum Functional Requirements: SAP FICA module experience, relevant certification, exposure to S4/HANA implementation. Behavioural competencies:
