Senior Specialist: People Governance, Compliance & Transformation

The purpose of the role is to lead the operational control and execution of Employment Equity (EE), Transformation, B-BBEE, and People Governance compliance by ensuring statutory reporting integrity, analyzing transformation metrics, overseeing committee governance, and diagnosing compliance risks to ensure the organisation adheres to regulatory standards and achieves strategic transformation goals.
