- The purpose of the role is to lead the operational control and execution of Employment Equity EE, Transformation, B-BBEE, and People Governance compliance by ensuring statutory reporting integrity, analyzing transformation metrics, overseeing committee governance, and diagnosing compliance risks to ensure the organisation adheres to regulatory standards and achieves strategic transformation goals.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- REQUIRED - Relevant Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma NQF 7
- REQUIRED - B-BBEE Management Development Programme MDP / Practitioner Certification or related
- PREFERRED - SABPP Professional Registration Chartered HR Practitioner / Certified HR Auditor
- PREFERRED - Compliance Institute Southern Africa CISA Compliance Practitioner CPrac Certification
Experience
- 8–10 years experience in Employment Equity, B-BBEE transformation, and HR governance
- Advanced expertise in statutory reporting EEA2/EEA4, audit defense, and regulatory risk mitigation
- Proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams and external verification audits
