- Experience with Agentic AI workflow development and productionalization
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions in production environments
- Strong Python, SQL and large-scale data processing (PySpark/Spark)
- Hands-on MLOps (CI/CD, MLflow/Kubeflow, model monitoring, containerisation)
- Ability to design and deploy scalable AI solutions (batch + real-time)
- Exposure to GenAI / LLM use cases (advantageous)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to operate independently at senior level
