- We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a dynamic Gen AI Squad focused on designing, developing and deploying innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences.
- The successful candidate will combine strong Python and software engineering expertise with hands-on Generative AI experience, particularly across AWS and Google Cloud Platform GCP. Experience building agentic AI solutions and intelligent automation will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable software solutions and applications
- Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions within enterprise environments
- Build and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models LLMs and related technologies
- Develop and implement agentic AI solutions, autonomous workflows and intelligent automation capabilities
- Design, build and manage cloud-native solutions across AWS and GCP
- Integrate AI services and APIs into enterprise applications
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Engineers and Business Stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and engineering teams
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance and reliability standards
- Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to technology strategy
- Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, engineering best practices and adoption of emerging technologies
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective resolutions
- Ensure solutions are delivered in line with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
Minimum Requirements Qualifications
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in software development
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software solutions
- Demonstrated experience delivering Generative AI solutions in production environments
- Strong experience working with both Amazon Web Services AWS and Google Cloud Platform GCP
- Experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models LLMs
- Experience building Agentic AI solutions, AI agents, orchestration frameworks or autonomous workflows
- Experience working within Agile development environments
- Telecommunications industry experience will be highly advantageous
Technical Skills
Essential
- Advanced proficiency in Python
- Strong software engineering and application development expertise
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks and technologies
- Experience integrating AI services and APIs
- Cloud-native development experience across AWS and GCP
- RESTful API development and integration
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Version control using Git
Advantageous
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and AI model deployment
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to data engineering and machine learning pipelines
- Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation RAG architectures
