• Define and execute the technical roadmap in alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives. • Review and enhance existing application architecture, driving the adoption of microservices and cloud-native solutions. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, testers, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions. • Assess, validate, and refine development requirements with business stakeholders before implementation. • Implement and maintain coding standards, development best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Integrate services using modern cloud platforms and technologies. • Act as a technical representative in business engagements and solution discussions. • Develop and improve processes for gathering, reviewing, and analysing development requirements. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education:
- BCom, BSc, or equivalent tertiary qualification.
