We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our telecommunications team and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering secure, scalable, and customized software solutions for our diverse customer base.

Description Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of customized telecommunications software solutions.

• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using technologies such as Java, Groovy, and REST APIs.

• Work with architects and business analysts to define secure and scalable solution architectures.

• Integrate software with telecommunications hardware, third-party systems, and AI/ML services where applicable.

• Take ownership of assigned systems, including system lifecycle management, performance, monitoring, and reliability.

• Champion secure coding practices and ensure compliance with relevant security standards.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience.

• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of production issues while minimizing downtime.

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Drive automation andCI/CD adoption to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.

• Ensure effective system observability and monitoring using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and NGINX.

• Mentor junior and intermediate developers and promote technical excellence within the team.

• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical input, solution design, and feasibility assessments.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational manuals.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, telecommunications standards, cloud technologies, and AI/ML trends.

Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• A Master’s degree in a related technical field would be advantageous.

Experience & Technical Skills

• 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

• Strong proficiency in Java, Groovy, or similar programming languages.

• Experience with telecommunications protocols and standards such as:

• SIP

• RTP

• SS7

• Diameter

• Proven experience delivering secure and customized software solutions.

• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.

• Experience working within Agile methodologies and secure software development lifecycles.

• Experience with monitoring and infrastructure tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and NGINX.

Advantageous Experience • Experience withAWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into telecommunications or enterprise applications.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

• Previous experience in client-facing or technical pre-sales roles.
