This role offers the opportunity to support and enhance critical ERP systems while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions. Detail: Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, System Support, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting and maintaining production computer systems in a customer-facing environment. Experience supporting ERP systems, particularly SAP and/or Evolve, will be advantageous. Experience with database systems, reporting, and query tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow. Knowledge of application support processes and system maintenance. Responsibilities: Maintain and support existing software products and assist in developing new and enhanced ERP solutions. Provide application support for business systems and resolve user issues effectively. Investigate system incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Analyse recurring incidents and recommend long-term solutions. Support system implementations before, during, and after deployment. Create and maintain technical documentation and Help Desk knowledge base articles. Monitor system performance and maintain data quality and integrity. Perform scheduled system maintenance and support activities. Manage support calls by logging, prioritising, tracking, and updating incidents in real time. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effective service delivery. Review and recommend continuous improvements to business systems and support processes. Participate in problem management and report recurring issues to improve overall system performance.
