Senior ServiceNow Developer / ServiceNow IRM Specialist (Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Risk & Compliance, ServiceNow Custom Application Development, and Enterprise Integrations to join a high-performing international team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions while driving innovation, compliance, and operational excellence across a global environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance ServiceNow-based custom applications

• Review, optimise and streamline existing code,

• APIs and integrations

• Migrate custom-built solutions into the ServiceNow standard framework

• Develop and implement new features and platform capabilities

• Support ServiceNow customers in designing and optimising service structures

• Build and maintain integrations with SAP, REST APIs and ServiceNow APIs

• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational manuals and user guides

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions

• Ensure adherence to governance, risk and compliance standards across the platform

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Experience 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

• ServiceNow-based custom application development experience

• Strong coding expertise in JavaScript Java JSON

• Experience with: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Risk amp; Compliance Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Configuration Management Database (CMDB) REST API and ServiceNow API integrations SAP integrations UI Builder Service Portal Designer Themes and Widgets

• Ability to integrate complex business requirements with technical solutions

• Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise-scale delivery

Qualifications

• Certifications Essential Information Technology Degree or relevant qualification

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• ServiceNow CIS

• Compliance (CIS-RC) ServiceNow CIS
