- Install, configure, and troubleshoot security systems:
- Alarm systems (IDS, Paradox, etc.)
- CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, etc.)
- Access control and intercom systems
- Gate and garage door automation (Centurion, etc.)
- Solar inverters and electrical installations ( Advantageous )
- HVAC systems ( Advantageous )
- Conduct technical fault-finding and diagnostics on security system failures
- Assess and report on security-related insurance claims
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain detailed technical records and documentation
- Collaborate with insurance panels and our assessment team
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Demonstrated expertise in security systems installation (minimum 5+ years hands-on experience)
- Deep technical knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, and access control
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Assessment or claims experience ( Advantageous – we can teach assessment to skilled installers)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
- Clear communication and professional report-writing skills
- Solar installation or electrical qualification ( Advantageous )
