As a Security Systems Installer, you'll work on both installation projects and claims assessment work with our insurance panel clients. You'll diagnose faults, troubleshoot complex system failures, and write technical assessments on security claims – roles where your installation expertise becomes invaluable. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot security systems:
  • Alarm systems (IDS, Paradox, etc.)
  • CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, etc.)
  • Access control and intercom systems
  • Gate and garage door automation (Centurion, etc.)
  • Solar inverters and electrical installations ( Advantageous )
  • HVAC systems ( Advantageous )
  • Conduct technical fault-finding and diagnostics on security system failures
  • Assess and report on security-related insurance claims
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain detailed technical records and documentation
  • Collaborate with insurance panels and our assessment team

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Demonstrated expertise in security systems installation (minimum 5+ years hands-on experience)
  • Deep technical knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, and access control
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Assessment or claims experience ( Advantageous  – we can teach assessment to skilled installers)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
  • Clear communication and professional report-writing skills
  • Solar installation or electrical qualification ( Advantageous )
