Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate QA activities supporting the CSNX rollout distribution centres

• Define and maintain the test approach, test plan, scope, coverage, entry and exit criteria for each rollout or implementation phase

• Apply SAP warehousing experience to identify high-risk business processes, integration points, data dependencies and operational scenarios requiring focused testing

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate warehouse processes and solution changes into practical end-to-end test scenarios

• Provide hands-on support with test analysis, test design, execution, defect investigation and retesting where required

• Coordinate System Integration Testing, regression testing and business/UAT activities as applicable to the rollout

• Ensure critical warehouse processes are adequately validated across relevant upstream and downstream integrations

• Drive defect management and triage, ensuring issues are clearly documented, prioritised, assigned and progressed to resolution

• Identify and escalate QA risks, blockers, environment constraints and data issues early enough to protect rollout timelines

• Provide clear test progress, quality status, defect and risk reporting to project and senior stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with distribution centre operations, business SMEs, SAP functional and technical teams, and other delivery partners

• Capture lessons learned from each rollout and continuously improve the QA approach for subsequent distribution centres.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Required Experience

• Extensive senior-level software testing / Quality Assurance experience, including experience operating as a Test Lead on complex enterprise programmes.

• Strong practical SAP warehousing testing experience within warehouse, logistics or distribution centre environments.

• Proven understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes and the operational dependencies associated with distribution centre systems.

• Experience supporting SAP-related implementations, migrations, upgrades or rollouts where warehousing forms a significant part of the business process landscape.

• Strong test planning, scenario design, execution management, defect management and quality reporting capability.

• Ability to identify business-critical risks and ensure test coverage is aligned to operational impact rather than only functional requirements.

• Experience working across integrated systems and validating end-to-end process flows and interfaces.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively with business SMEs, warehouse operations, SAP teams, developers and project leadership.

• Good understanding of structured QA governance, test evidence, traceability and release/readiness reporting.
