- Generate sales and ensure sales targets are achieved
- Process supplier and customer purchase orders
- Communicate with directors, suppliers & customers
- Create quotations and convert to orders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining the existing client base
- Market products and create brand awareness
- Oversee and manage internal and customer WhatsApp groups, ensuring effective communication and engagement
- Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers
Desired Experience & Qualification
Required Qualification
- Matric (Senior Certificate)
- Minimum 5 years’ Earthmoving / Parts Sales Experience
- Valid Driver's License
Advantageous Skills
- Earthmoving-related sales experience
- Proficient in related systems (Catsis, Prosis, etc.)
- Systems Experience (QuickBooks, Xero, Pastel, SAP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- External sales experience
