Our client, a multi award-winning production company, is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive. This role requires a strategic thinker motivated by targets and suited to a fast-paced creative environment.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding market share and driving revenue through innovative solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and tailored proposals.
- Interpret complex client briefs and draft detailed technical quotations.
- Develop and promote Advertising-Funded Programming (AFP) opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to design compelling client solutions.
- Build and nurture connections with key industry partners and stakeholders.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in media, production, advertising, or an event industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Established network of relationships with blue-chip clients, agencies, and/or broadcasters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
- Must have proven cold calling experience.
- Must have own, reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Package & Remuneration
R25,000 – R35,000 per month (dependent on experience and skills).
Attractive performance-based commission
