This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging technical problems involving distributed systems, high-transaction environments, offline-first capabilities, and modern AI-assisted software development practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications and platform features.
  • Lead complex development initiatives from concept through deployment.
  • Optimise application performance, scalability, reliability, and database efficiency.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and drive best practices across the engineering team.

Job Experience and Skills Required

  • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience, with proven experience using Ruby on Rails.
