All applicants must meet the following criteria
1. Must have a valid south African id
2. Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment
3. Must have valid references as background checks will be conducted
4. Must have experience working on events and functions
5. Must be able to lead, guide and train staff
6. Must be able to ork night shifts, weekends and public holidays
7. Must have own valid transport
8. Must be able to manage stock, counts and administration duties
9. Must have experience working in a fine dine restaurant or ala carte
11. Must have excellent communications skills with staff and guests
12. Must have leadership skills
13. This position is available immediately in kzn – Umhlanga area
