- Senior Restaurant Manager needed for established Restaurant in Centurion. Applicants must have good general management skills and must have front & back of house management experience. Looking for an individual with good staff management and training skills. The suitable applicant will have 8+ years' experience in a sit-down Restaurant / Bar environment. Duties will include opening & closing procedures as well as stock control and Restaurant administration.
